- A client threatens to terminate after a guard was absent twice in a week. How do you respond?
- Describe how you prepare for a renewal meeting with a large factory client.
- The client wants more guards for the same fee. How do you handle the request?

Hiring tips for this role
- Check experience with actual guarding contracts. Someone from IT or retail account roles will take time to learn rostering, billing and post orders.
- Role play a complaint call about guard absenteeism and judge listening, honesty about causes and the next step offered.
- Do not promise the candidate a sales role if the work is account care. Be clear on whether upsell targets are part of the job.
- Ask for references from clients where possible. A good relationship manager is trusted by both the client and the operations team.
