What we collect, and why

When you submit a form on this site — an enquiry, a free HR audit request, a job application or a general contact message — we collect what you enter: your name, work email, mobile number, company, city, and anything you write in a message or requirement field. On the enquiry form we also record which service you were asking about, your rough company size, and how you would like to be contacted.

We use this only to respond to what you asked for: to get in touch about the consultation, training discussion, software demonstration or job application you requested. We do not sell this information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Where a submission goes

Form submissions are stored in our lead and applicant records and are visible to the GullyHR staff who follow up on them. We use Google reCAPTCHA on our forms to filter automated spam submissions; Google processes a technical signal for this purpose under its own privacy policy. We do not run advertising or analytics trackers on this site.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and application records for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and to maintain our own business records, and delete or anonymise them when that need has passed.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@gullyhr.com and we will respond.

Changes

If what we collect or how we use it changes, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
