HR reporting and analytics for Corporate Cab Providers: the monthly client pack
Client reviews come monthly and start with numbers. A small, steady set of driver and route figures, drawn from the same logs, lets you walk into the meeting with facts rather than excuses.

Reports for clients are often rebuilt each month from messages, trip sheets and memory. Figures change, definitions drift and an account manager spends two days on a pack that still raises more questions than it answers.
A fixed set of measures saves time and builds trust. Punctuality by route and shift, incidents and how they were closed, driver changes on each client's routes, training done and complaints. The same measures are used internally to see which routes, supervisors or hours need help. People data and operations data are read side by side.
How to set it up
1. Choose six to eight measures
For example on-time arrival, late causes, incidents, complaints, driver changes, training done and attendance of regular drivers.
2. Define each in one line
State how it is counted and from which log, so the number means the same thing every month.
3. Set up the source logs
Make control room, supervisors and drivers record the same facts daily, with one person responsible for each log.
4. Build a one-page template
Keep the layout the same for every client, with a short note on what changed and what action follows.
5. Use the numbers internally first
Review the pack with supervisors a few days before the client meeting and agree actions on weak routes.
Check these first
Before changing anything, find out what is true today. These take an afternoon and use your own records.
- Check whether the same measure gave the same figure when two people calculated it.
- Count how long the monthly pack takes to prepare and from how many sources.
- Ask the control room which log they trust least.
- See whether last month's actions were reviewed at the next meeting.

Questions owners ask
Show them with causes and actions. Clients tend to trust a provider who shows a weak month honestly and explains what is changing.
Usually not by name unless the client needs it. Use route and shift level data and handle individual matters through your own process.
No. A shared sheet with agreed columns is enough for the first months. Tools matter less than the discipline of recording the same facts daily.
