Responsibilities
- Search job portals and professional networks against live mandates
- Run initial screening conversations and record structured notes
- Schedule interviews and keep candidates updated on where they stand
- Keep the applicant tracker accurate
- Help draft job descriptions and job posts
Requirements
- 0-1 years experience; fresh graduates welcome
- Confident on the phone — you will speak to strangers every day
- Clear written English for candidate correspondence
- Organised enough to track many conversations at once
