Job description
Own end-to-end hiring for client mandates — sourcing, screening, interview coordination and offer rollout — across roles from intern to mid-senior.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals and professional networks
- Screen applications and run first-round telephonic conversations
- Coordinate interview panels and keep candidates informed at every stage
- Maintain the applicant tracker so pipeline status is accurate daily
- Prepare offer documentation and follow through to joining
Requirements
- 1-3 years in recruitment, agency or in-house
- Hands-on with at least one job portal and an applicant tracking system
- Able to write a job description that reads like a person wrote it
- Comfortable managing several open mandates at once
- Any graduate; an HR specialisation helps but is not required
