Job description
Grow the client base for HR consulting, training and software — qualify inbound enquiries, run discovery conversations and support proposals.
Responsibilities
- Qualify inbound enquiries from the website and follow up promptly
- Run discovery calls to understand a prospect's HR setup and gaps
- Prepare proposals and service scopes with the consulting team
- Keep the CRM current so pipeline reporting is trustworthy
- Support the free HR audit programme from booking through to report handover
Requirements
- 1-3 years in B2B sales, inside sales or client servicing
- Able to explain a service clearly without overpromising
- Organised follow-up habits; most deals here are won on responsiveness
- Comfortable with CRM tools and basic reporting
- Any graduate; interest in HR or SaaS is an advantage
